The hotel facilities, particularly the wellness and spa section.
Food with too big accent on traditional Hungarian stuff and lack of up-to-date, lighter international cuisine.

There were so many things to do for us young party animals. We had a blast playing billiards on the super cool touch screen tables. And the Birdland Golf & Country Club right next to the hotel was epic! We had a hilarious time pretending to be pro golfers. The property also had awesome options to chill like the pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. It was non-stop fun!
If there's one thing we could ask for, it would be more options for young party-goers like us. Don't get us wrong, the hotel had loads of activities, but we just wanted a little more of that wild and crazy vibe.

good food, relaxing spa.
Staff reduced the dinner sortiment at 8.30pm by half. Dinner was till 22.30 in theory... You have to ask for missing cups, plates, food all the time. Invoicing for drinks is a mess, you will be betrayed.

The facilities (spa, tennis, park, treatments) are just excellent. You can't be bored in the hotel. You will always find what to do. Time flies there. Very relaxing and there are plenty sport and walk possibilities. The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. There is a kettle and tea cups in the room, but you should bring your own tea or coffee.
The mane problem was lack of safe in the room. There was a worning that the hotel does not take any responsibility for values left in the room. So we had to use the safe at the reception few times a day. The staff was very patient and frendly opening and closing the safe for us few times a day, but we felt unconfortable disturbing them so often. Unfortunately the hotel was not renovated since it was built 25 years ago. The furniture in the room looks very warn out. It is hardly acceptable even in a 3 stars hotel. We had small flud in the bathroom first day because we did not realized that the bath was not insulated along the wall. So from one side you have a curtain but from the wall side the water can freely flow into the middle of the bathroom. In the restaurant the wooden arms of the chairs were sticky. I could not understand whether it was never wiped or it was the deteriorating interior vanish. I hope the hotel will be refurbished soon becase it is worth it.

On the day of leaving I was permitted to use the wellness facilities without extra charge after 11 a.m.
Although the outside pools where very nice, my husband and I like the water to be a little warmer.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The all-inclusive package was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food options for every meal. The hotel was great for families, with plenty of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults. The kids' pool was especially enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and the internet worked well. The surprise package for the kids was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with many recreational facilities nearby. I had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel.
I did notice a few minor drawbacks. The elevators were insufficient, but thankfully I found the stairs.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from room service to housekeeping. The amenities were top-notch, with shops and commercial services available on-site. The hotel also offered laundry services and an airport shuttle, making my stay even more convenient.
